“ The good news is the car ended up completed successfully. Beware if you need follow through after the work. We came in and were told to sign a power of attourney so the insurance would pay. The man waved vaguely at the parking lot and said the car was parked out there and he sat down. When asked if they needed to go over the work with us he stated he could if we really wanted him to. After the work was completed the customer service stopped. There are plenty of body shops in Cookeville. Keep your options open. Three stars because the work was done. I would not come back here. ”
